Empowered Daughters was birthed in 2021 during the pandemic as my marriage was failing. I found myself living as a single married mother to my four beautiful daughters. Soon, I became a full time working mother to support my girls and I. It was during this time that it became crucial for me to model and empower them the best way that I knew how to. My training as a therapist gave me the knowledge to understand the importance of positive core beliefs, values and self esteem. I strive to emphasize these morals and beliefs in my home, along with faith in God. Empowered daughters represents women and girls that strive to be their best self. We all face obstacles, however how we face them is what's important. Whether you are young or old, single or married, happy, sad, dealing with mental health issues, you are not alone.
